P.A. schools are a top priority. Kids are attending classes in portable bldgs. The classes are crowded now. This is a problem that needs to be considered along with more development. I like the way P.A. has developed we're at a junction now.

It is not clear to me that the schools can handle the big influx of children this development is sure to bring with it.
