Growth in Palo Alto downtown area is rampant in housing density (increasing) and building heights (getting higher) -- leading to more traffic congestion and air polluting. The proposed project is a perfect example of the rampant growth.  I do not support this project going forward as planned -- it MUST be scaled back by 25-50%.
